Victoria Piekut, 24, of North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States studied marketing at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 2016 to 2019. On November 3, 2019, she competed against 35 other Miss Pennsylvania USA 2020 candidates at the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and won the title.
Miss Pennsylvania USA 2021
On July 31, 2021, Piekut will go back to the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown to crown her successor. It is the 70th edition of the beauty pageant that selects Pennsylvania’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the official Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Pennsylvania currently has 14 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Michele McDonald. The most recent one was achieved by Kailyn Marie Perez.
On May 22, 1971, McDonald represented Pennsylvania at Miss USA 1971, competed against 50 other candidates at the Jackie Gleason Auditorium in Miami Beach, Florida, USA and won the title. On July 24, 1971, she represented the country at Miss Universe 1971, competed against 59 other candidates at the Miami Beach Auditorium in Miami Beach and finished in the Top 12.
On May 2, 2019, Perez represented Pennsylvania at Miss USA 2019 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA. She finished in the Top 15.
