Victoria Piekut, 24, of North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States studied marketing at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 2016 to 2019. She is an advocate for Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS).
On November 3, 2019, Piekut competed against 35 other Miss Pennsylvania USA 2020 candidates at the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. She won the title.
On July 31, 2021, Piekut went back to the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown where she crowned her successor Sydney Robertson. The latter will represent Pennsylvania at Miss USA 2021.

On November 9, 2020, Piekut represented Pennsylvania at Miss USA 2020 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Exhibition Center and the Soundstage of Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. She was unplaced.
