David “Dave” C. Mehaffie is a white man from Ohio, United States. His father James “Jim” E. Mehaffie served in the U.S. Navy Reserve for eight years and was the owner of the Mehaffie’s Pie Company.

In the 1980s, Dave served as the general manager of the Mehaffie’s Pie Company. Years later, he owned and operated Belmont Gym in Belmont, Belmont County, Ohio.
