Mister Supranational 2019 Nate Crnkovich, 26, of Indonesia will crown her successor at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland on August 22, 2021. It will be the fifth edition of the international male beauty pageant based in the European country.

Crnkovich was crowned in Katowice, Silesia, Poland on December 7, 2019. He was not able to crown his successor in 2020 due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

A total of 34 countries and territories are represented at Mister Supranational 2021. If physique and facial beauty are the only criteria, these will be my Top 13 candidates:
