Gizzelle Mandy Uys, 24, of Pretoria, South Africa is the reigning Miss Eco International 2021. She was crowned at the Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh in Nasrany, Sharm El-Sheikh, South Sinai, South Sinai Governorate, Egypt on April 4, 2021.
Runner-up to Uys was Kelley Day, 24, of the Philippines. Alexandria Kelly, 24, of the United States, Steffanía Alejandra Rodríguez Vivas, 22, of Venezuela and Kristel Ruiz Freeman, 22, of Costa Rica were the second, third and fourth runners-up respectively.
