Sharon Obara is a Kenyan special education professional, model and beauty queen from Nairobi, Kenya. She speaks English, French and Kiswahili.

1. In March 2019, she walked the runway wearing a wedding dress in a Samantha’s Bridal bridal fashion show and in another fashion show wearing Monica Kanari‘s designs.
2. As a special education professional, she attended an event for children with Down Syndrome, autism and cerebral palsy at the Tamarind Tree Hotel in Nairobi in April 2019.
3. In October 2019, she visited Kilimanjaro, Tanzania.
4. In January 2020, she visited Mombasa, Kenya.
5. In March 2020, she joined a marathon in Nairobi, which was sponsored by Powerade.
6. On August 28, 2021, she competed against 15 other candidates at Miss World Kenya 2021 at The Trademark Hotel in Nairobi and won the title.
7. In December 2021, she represented Kenya at Miss World 2021 and competed against 96 other candidates in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She was selected as one of the 40 quarterfinalists.
8. On March 16, 2022, she competed against 39 other quarterfinalists during the Miss World 2021 coronation night at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan. She did not make it to the Top 13.
9. On December 10, 2022, she was crowned her successor Miss World Kenya 2022 Chantou Kwamboka at Two Rivers Mall in Nairobi.
10. On May 19, 2023, she turned 23.
