Khai Ling Ho biography: 13 things about Miss World Singapore 2021

Khai Ling Ho is a Singaporean singer, songwriter, dancer, model, beauty queen, mental health advocate and performing arts graduate. She is 5’5″ tall.

Ho is 2 years younger than her sister Khai Lie Ho. They are Sharel Ho‘s daughters and Stephanie Tan‘s nieces.

In 2022, Khai Ling moved to Los Angeles, California, United States. In 2023, she was scouted by the content creation house XO Team, which produces dance videos and skits.

“I taught myself how to sing, write songs and play instruments,” Khai Ling told Prestige in October 2022. “It used to be a secret that even my parents didn’t know about. I’d take any chance I got whenever no one was at home to let loose and belt out my favorite tracks.”

Aside from singing, songwriting and dancing, Khai Ling also enjoys horse riding, ice-skating, skateboarding and volleyball. She plays both the piano and the ukulele.

5. In 2020, she started gaining traction online as TikTok became popular in Singapore.
6. On October 9, 2021, she competed against nine other finalists in the virtual coronation night of Miss World Singapore 2021. She won the title.
7. In December 2021, she represented Singapore at Miss World 2021 and competed against 96 other candidates in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She was not included in the list of Top 40 quarterfinalists, who competed during the coronation night in San Juan on March 16, 2022. When she returned to Singapore from Puerto Rico on December 19, 2021, she tested positive for the new coronavirus (COVID-19).
8. In April 2022, she visited Bali, Indonesia.
9. On September 10, 2022, she crowned her successor Miss World Singapore 2022 Oh Wei Qi at The Theatre at Mediacorp in Singapore.
