Noa Cochba (נועה כוכבא), also spelled Noa Cochva, is an Israeli confectioner, model and beauty queen from Bnei Atarot, Israel. She enjoys diving and one of her favorite places is the sea.
Cochba is passionate about modelling and the medical field. She once volunteered at Dul, an association that advocates for the protection of the sea, beaches and streams.
While Cochba’s father was a pilot and a squadron commander, her mother was a lieutenant colonel in the Air Force. Their life at home was run in a very orderly manner.
Before becoming a beauty queen, Cochba served in the Israel Defense Forces as a commander in a medic course. After her military service, she kept the letters she received from her fellow soldiers.

As a child, Cochba contracted hematologic disease and was hospitalized intermittently for a year and a half. The doctors called her the Beauty Queen of the Ward.
When the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic hit in 2020, Cochba had to let go of her job as a confectioner in a restaurant. During the lockdown, she wanted to redesign her room and looked for an app to help her.
This gave Cochba the idea to create a social app where people could help each other design. She later started developing an interior design startup with her father.

- From September 2017 to 2019, she was an Israel Defense Forces combat medics commander and instructor.
- From September 2019 to March 2020, she studied confectionery at Estella in Tel Aviv, Israel, the only school in the country that specializes solely in pastry, bread baking and chocolate professions. She makes lemon pie for her brothers, which they love.

- On October 24, 2021, she competed against 11 other finalists at Malkat HaYofi 2021 in Tel Aviv. She won the title, making her Israel’s Miss Universe 2021 candidate.
- On December 12, 2021, she represented Israel at Miss Universe 2021 and competed against 79 other candidates in Eilat, Israel. She was unplaced.
- In April 2022, she visited Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Prague, Czech Republic. In July 2022, she went to Sharm el-Sheik, Egypt.
- In September 2022, she visited Chiang Mai, Thailand.
- In February 2023, she was in Budapest, Hungary. In August 2023, she went to Crete, Greece.
- After Hamas attacked the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, she served on the front lines of the Israel-Hamas war as a combat medic.
- On February 19, 2024, she turned 25.
- On March 9, 2024, she was in Beverly Hills, California, United States. On March 30, 2024, she and her fellow Israel advocates raised the Israeli flag during a pro-Palestinian rally in Times Square in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA. One male pro-Palestinian protester smashed her in the face with the butt of a protest placard.
- On April 10, 2024, she pressed charges against the man who attacked her on March 30, 2024.
