10. At around 6:30 a.m. on September 13, 2021, he and Lehua reported Isabella missing. He and his wife told authorities that they last saw their adoptive daughter at around 9:00 p.m. on September 12, 2021 when they put the girl to bed.
11. On the morning of November 10, 2021, Honolulu Police Department officers arrested him at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard while Lehua was arrested at their Waimānalo home.
12. He was 52 years old when he was arrested on November 10, 2021. He is 9 years older than Lehua.
