  1. I think Kim Potter should have gotten 2nd degree manslaughter not 1st degree. The act was not intentional to kill Wright.

  2. I think that Kim Potter’s case was a horrible tragedy. What happened to Daunte Wright was horrible. My heart goes out to his family and friends and I send them my condolences. However, I don’t think that she intentionally meant to kill him. I think that she made a horrible mistake that any police officer could make when they are put in to a situation like the one that Kim Potter was put in to with Daunte Wright. Let me be clear, This is a horrible tragedy. Daunte Wright died as a young man. He left behind a young child along with family and friends. They all loved him and cared about him and they miss him. However, after I have read about this case, I think that Kim Potter has a strong case for an appeal.
