  10. At around 11:30 a.m. on January 27, 2022, he contacted the White House switchboard and made threats against Biden.
  11. A USSS special agent filed a criminal complaint against him, which was signed on January 28, 2022 by U.S. magistrate judge A. David Copperthite. He was taken into custody by the USSS, charged with one count of interstate communication containing a threat to harm and booked into the Washington County Detention Center in Hagerstown.
  12. He was 37 years old when he was charged with interstate communication containing a threat to harm on January 28, 2022.
  13. He will appear in court on February 1, 2022.
