Miss Massachusetts USA 2021 Sarah de Souza, 26, of Boston, Massachusetts, United States at the Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, Massachusetts on March 27, 2022. It is the 71st edition of the state-level beauty competition that selects Massachusetts’ official candidate for Miss USA, which chooses the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
Currently, Massachusetts has 15 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Shawnae Jebbia in 1998 and Susie Castillo in 2003. The most recent one was in 2018 when Allissa Latham finished in the Top 15.
Jebbia finished in the Top 5 at Miss Universe 1998. Castillo finished in the Top 15 at Miss Universe 2003.
