Miss Pennsylvania USA 2020 Sydney Jane Robertson, 24, Williamsport, Pennsylvania, United States will crown her successor at the Richland Performing Arts Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania on April 24, 2022. It will be the 71st edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Pennsylvania’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the official Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Currently, Pennsylvania has 14 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Michele McDonald in 1971. Representing the state at Miss USA, Kimmarie Johnson finished in the Top 6 in 1993 and LauRen Merola was fourth runner-up in 2008.

Robertson was crowned Miss Pennsylvania USA 2021 at the Richland Performing Arts Center on July 31, 2021. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Katherine Santiago of Lehigh County, Tristin Kresak of Cambria County, Jennifer Santiago of Northampton and Billie LaRae Owens of Phoenixville.
