Samantha Catherine Keaton of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States represented Austin, Texas, USA at Miss Texas Teen USA 2020 at the Hilton Houston Post Oak Hotel in Houston on December 1, 2019. She was runner-up to Anissa Mendez.
On May 23, 2021, Keaton won Miss Wisconsin USA 2021 at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Jamie Walloch of Evansville, TeKema L. Balentine of Sun Prairie, Karly Knaus of Plymouth and Sarah Niehueser of Fond Du Lac.
Miss Wisconsin USA 2022
On May 8, 2022, Keaton will crown her successor at the Madison Marriott West Conference Center in Middleton, Wisconsin. It is the 71st edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Wisconsin’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

On May 20, 1967, Bonham competed against 50 other Miss USA 1967 candidates at the Miami Beach Auditorium in Miami, Florida, USA. She was third runner-up to Sylvia Hitchcock of Alabama, USA.
On May 18, 1974, Cook competed against 50 other Miss USA 1974 candidates at the Niagara Falls Convention and Civic Center in Niagara Falls, New York, USA. She was second runner-up to Karen Jean Morrison of Illinois, USA.
