Miss Wisconsin USA 2022 Samantha Catherine Keaton, 21, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States will crown her successor at the Madison Marriott West Conference Center in Middleton, Wisconsin on May 8, 2022. It is the 71st edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Wisconsin’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Currently, Wisconsin has seven Miss USA placements including the third runner-up finish of Jodi Bonham in 1967 and Mary Lynn Cook in 1974. The most recent was in 2014 when Bishara Dorre finished in the Top 10.

Keaton was crowned Miss Wisconsin USA 2021 at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin on May 23, 2021. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Jamie Walloch of Evansville, TeKema L. Balentine of Sun Prairie, Karly Knaus of Plymouth and Sarah Niehueser of Fond Du Lac.
