Bataan has 11 municipalities namely Abucay, Bagac, Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Limay, Mariveles, Morong, Orani, Orion, Pilar and Samal and one city called Balanga. On June 5, 2011, Dindi Joy Pajares represented the city at Miss Philippines Earth 2011, competed against 47 other candidates at the Puerto Princesa Coliseum in Puerto Princesa, Philippines and finished in the Top 20.
On April 17, 2016, Pajares represented Bataan at Binibining Pilipinas 2016, competed against 39 other candidates at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines and finished in the Top 15. When she represented Orani at Miss World Philippines 2021, she was appointed Miss Supranational Philippines 2021 before the coronation ceremony on October 3, 2021.
On June 9, 2019, Bea Patricia Magtanong represented Bataan at Binibining Pilipinas 2019, competed against 39 other candidates at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, ranked second and was crowned Bb. Pilipinas International 2019. On September 21, 2019, Tomas “Tommy” Peñaflor II represented the province at Misters of Filipinas 2019, competed against 21 other candidates at the Fill Oil Flying V Center in San Juan City, Metro Manila, ranked first and was crowned Man of the World Philippines 2019.
