Ilocos Norte, Philippines has two congressional districts. Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Araneta Marcos II will assume office as the congressman of the first district of the province on June 30, 2022.

On March 7, 2022, Marcos turned 28. He was born at Cardinal Santos Medical Center in San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines to Ferdinand “Bongbong” Romualdez Marcos Jr. and Marie Louise “Liza” Cacho Araneta Marcos.

Laoag, Ilocos Norte’s Carlo Pasion represented the Philippines at Mister Model Worldwide 2018. On December 22, 2018, he competed against 19 other candidates at the City Park Resort in New Delhi, Delhi, India and won the title.
