On October 27, 2019, Lorenzo Isip represented Masbate at Ginoong Pilipinas 2019 and competed against 21 other candidates at the Carlos P. Romulo Theater of the RCBC Plaza Building in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. He ranked fourth and was crowned Ginoong Pilipinas-Misters of the World 2019.

On July 11, 2021, Hannah Arnold represented Masbate at Binibining Pilipinas 2021 and competed against 33 other candidates at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila. She ranked first and was crowned Bb. Pilipinas International 2021.

On September 30, 2021, Kirsten “Kisses” Delavin represented Masbate at Miss Universe Philippines 2025 and competed against 27 other candidates at the Henann Resort Convention Center of Alona Beach in Panglao, Bohol, Philippines. She finished in the Top 10.
