Lucy Marie Martinez Torres Gomez assumed office as the congresswoman of Leyte’s fourth district on June 30, 2010. Her husband Richard Frank Icasiano Gomez assumed office as the mayor of Ormoc on June 30, 2016.
Born in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines, Lucy turned 47 on December 11, 2021. She will assume office as the mayor of Ormoc on June 30, 2022.
Born in Sampaloc, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines, Richard turned 56 on April 7, 2022. He will assume office as the congressman of Leyte’s fourth district on June 30, 2022.
