Born in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines, Lucy turned 47 on December 11, 2021. She will assume office as the mayor of Ormoc on June 30, 2022.
Born in Sampaloc, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines, Richard turned 56 on April 7, 2022. He will assume office as the congressman of Leyte’s fourth district on June 30, 2022.

On July 10, 2019, Donna Lyneth Ceniza represented Ormoc at Miss Philippines Earth 2019 and competed against 39 other candidates at The Cove of Okada Manila in Parañaque, Metro Manila. She finished in the Top 10 and was named one of the five runners-up.
