26 Miss Arizona USA 2022 candidates competing in Gilbert

Cassidy Jo Jacks of Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona, United States is originally from Springville, Alabama, USA. From 2012 to 2016, she attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where she earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations and communication studies.

On July 11, 2021, Jacks represented Usery Mountain at Miss Arizona USA 2021, competed against 52 other candidates at the Higley Center for the Performing Arts in Gilbert, Maricopa County and won the title. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Isabel Ticlo of Desert Rose, McKenzie Majerle  of Biltmore, Jordyn Owen of Catalina Foothills and Rachel Voltz of Phoenix.

On May 30, 2022, Jacks will go back to the Higley Center for the Performing Arts in Gilbert to crown his successor. It is the 71st edition of the beauty pageant that selects Arizona’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Currently, Arizona has 26 placements in Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S. The highest placements were achieved by Miss USA 1965 first runner-up Jane Nelson and Miss USA 1980 first runner-up Jineane Ford.
