11. An FBI agent filed a criminal complaint against him and Brian, which was signed by US Magistrate Judge Zia M. Faruqui on June 2, 2022.
12. On June 7, 2022, he and Brian were arrested in Katy. That day, they both appeared in a federal courtroom in Houston.
