Hosted by Ednilson Lopes and Kathy Moeda, the Miss Cabo Verde International 2022 coronation night will be held in Praia, Cape Verde on September 3, 2022. It is the first edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Cape Verde’s Miss International candidate.
The winner will represent Cape Verde at Miss International 2022 in Tokyo, Japan on December 13, 2022. This marks the African country’s debut in the international beauty pageant.

Nereida Lobo is the national director of Miss Cabo Verde International. She plans to send a candidate from Cape Verde to Miss Universe 2024.
From 40 semifinalists, 20 were selected to compete for the Miss Cabo Verde International 2022 crown in the coronation night. If facial beauty is the only criterion, these will be my Top 10 candidates:
