Yuliia Pavlikova is a Bulgarian-Ukrainian-Crimean model and beauty queen born in Crimea to a Bulgarian father and a Ukrainian mother. She grew up in Kerch, Crimea, which is occupied by Russia but internationally recognized as a territory of Ukraine.

Currently based in Bulgaria, Pavlikova previously lived in Moscow, Russia. She attended Morskoy Tekhnicheskiy Litsey in Krasnodar Krai, Russia and Universitet Ekonomiki I Upravleniya in Simferopol, Crimea.

From 2013 to 2020, Pavlikova won 15 beauty pageant competitions, which made her the Russian woman with the most beauty pageant titles during that period. She is a member of the Fund for the Protection of Animals and she has a doctorate degree in economics.
