Miss Supranational 2022 Lalela Mswane, 26, of Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa will crown her successor in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland in 2023. it is the 14th edition of the international beauty pageant based in Poland.

Mswane is the first Miss Supranational from South Africa. She was crowned by Chanique Rabe, 24, of Namibia, who won the title in Nowy Sącz on August 21, 2021.

Mswane was crowned Miss Supranational 2022 at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz on July 15, 2022. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Praewwanich Ruangthong of Thailand, Nguyễn Huỳnh Kim Duyên of Vietnam, Adinda Cresheilla of Indonesia and Ismelys Velasquez of Venezuela.

As of August 28, 2022, 11 women have been confirmed to represent their respective countries at Miss Supranational 2023. Here is the list:
