“BE:1” is the debut studio album of the Japanese boy band BE:FIRST. It was released by BMSG on August 31, 2022.
On September 1, 2022, “The Good Father” (この子は邪悪) hit theaters in Japan. It is a suspense horror film produced by Daisuke Toyama, Erika Murayama and Satoshi Hashidate.

BE:FIRST is a dance and vocal group is signed to BMSG. Japanese rapper “SKY-HI” Mitsuhiro Hidaka, 35, owns the management company and label.
Ikagame Junon, 24, is the oldest among the seven members of the group. The other members are Kamimura Leo, 23, Mayama Ryoki, 23, Shimao Sota, 21, Hirose Manato, 21, Kubo Shunto, 18, and Kuroda Ryuhei, 15.
Released in November 2021, “Gifted” is one of the 15 songs in the group’s debut studio album. The song hit peaked at number 1 on both the Billboard JAPAN Hot 100 and the United States Billboard Hot Trending Songs 24-hour chart.

“The Good Father”
Nagoya, Japan native Hiroshi Tamaki turned 42 on January 14, 2022. He plays a psychotherapist named Shiro Kubo in “The Good Father”.
Sapporo, Japan native Shô Kataoka, who turned 40 on March 16, 2022, wrote and directed “The Good Father”, also known as “The Child is Evil”. Tokyo, Japan native Sara Minami, who turned 20 on June 11, 2022, plays Hana in the film.
Hana is one of the children of Shiro. When their family ends up in a car accident, his wife Mayuko Kubo, played by Yuki Sakurai, ends in the hospital in a vegetative state.
After suffering burns, Hana’s younger sister Luna, played by Sakura Watanabe, spends time at home wearing masks that cover her whole face. One day, Shiro brings home a woman played by Yuki Sakurai and introduces her to his children as their mother who has miraculously woken up from her coma.
