On May 2, 2022, he was convicted of five felonies, which are assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers with a dangerous weapon; obstructing officers during a civil disorder; entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds while carrying a dangerous weapon; engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds while carrying a dangerous weapon; and engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds while carrying a dangerous weapon and one misdemeanor, which is engaging in an act of physical violence in the U.S. Capitol building or grounds.
13. He was 56 years old when he was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison on September 1 2022 by U.S. District Judge Amit P. Mehta. He was also ordered to pay $2,060 in restitution and given 3 years of supervised probation.
