Daria Varlamova of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia was 26 years old when she was crowned Miss Universe Australia 2021 at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins in Melbourne on October 19, 2021. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Mia Brooks of New South Wales, Jasmine Stringer of Queensland, Ally Draper of Western Australia and Tiana Meehan of New South Wales.

On September 9, 2022, Varlamova will crown her successor at the Warner Bros. Movie World on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia on September 9, 2022. It is the 18th edition of the national beauty pageant that selects Australia’s Miss Universe candidate.
