He was 48 years old when he was arrested on October 19, 2022. On the same day, he made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court before Magistrate Judge Jared C. Bennett, who ordered him to be detained and remanded to the U.S. Marshals Service.
He will attend a detention hearing on October 28, 2022.
