Austin, Texas, United States has become a tech hub in recent years. During the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the city had a significant increase in home prices and sales and number of incoming residents.
But Austin topped the list of the 10 U.S. cities where home prices are currently dropping the most, according to a study by Realtor. Also in the list are Phoenix, Arizona, USA; Palm Bay, Florida, USA; Charleston, South Carolina, USA’ Ogden, Utah, USA; Denver, Colorado, USA; Las Vegas, Nevada, USA; Stockton, California, USA; Durham, North Carolina, USA and Spokane, Washington, USA.
In September 2022, the median home list price in Austin is $558,275. It is $492,500 in Phoenix, $379,995 in Palm Bay, $500,000 in Charleston, $532,500 in Ogden, $625,000 in Denver, $460,000 in Las Vegas, $581,725 in Stockton, $460,000 in Durham and $449,900 in Spokane.
MMA gyms in Austin
