But Austin topped the list of the 10 U.S. cities where home prices are currently dropping the most, according to a study by Realtor. Also in the list are Phoenix, Arizona, USA; Palm Bay, Florida, USA; Charleston, South Carolina, USA’ Ogden, Utah, USA; Denver, Colorado, USA; Las Vegas, Nevada, USA; Stockton, California, USA; Durham, North Carolina, USA and Spokane, Washington, USA.
In September 2022, the median home list price in Austin is $558,275. It is $492,500 in Phoenix, $379,995 in Palm Bay, $500,000 in Charleston, $532,500 in Ogden, $625,000 in Denver, $460,000 in Las Vegas, $581,725 in Stockton, $460,000 in Durham and $449,900 in Spokane.
