Glenn Edward Algie is a lawyer who attended the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law in Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, United States. He one of the seven children of Eugene Andrew Algie and Jean Fromeyer Algie.

As a lawyer, Glenn has excelled in all areas of civil litigation with primary emphasis on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial banking, commercial financial law, commercial litigation, consumer litigation, lender liability litigation and uniform commercial code (UCC) litigation.   1. He has four sisters namely Karen Algie Harkins, Janis Algie Donovan, Shelia Algie Prew and Jill Algie Rosing and two brothers namely Jeffrey Michael “Jeff” Algie and Douglas J. “Doug” Algie.
  2. He is originally from Fort Mitchell, Kenton County, Kentucky. Aside from Fort Mitchell, he has lived in other parts of Kentucky including Covington and Independence. He also previously lived in Chandler, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA.
  3. From 1981 to 1985, he attended the University of Kentucky where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science.
  4. From 1985 to 1988, he attended the University of Kentucky where he earned his law degree.
  5. From 1999 to 2009, he was a Weltman, Weinberg and Reis partner in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio, USA.
  6. On April 23, 2005, his mother died at the age of 72.
  7. From January 2010 to April 2018, he was an Adams, Stepner, Woltermann and Dusing partner in Covington.
  8. On June 15, 2011, his father died at the age of 85.
  9. On June 1, 2014, he took to Facebook to share a photo of himself and Alec Mitchell Prew, his sister Sheila’s son. In the caption, he wrote, “So proud of my nephew who graduated from Beechwood High School yesterday. And FINALLY I have a nephew going to my beloved alma mater, the University of Kentucky! Welcome to the Big Blue Nation Alec!”
  10. On July 4, 2014, he was reunited with his four sisters.
  11. From 2018 to January 2021, he was a Reisenberg and Associates attorney in Cincinnati.
  12. In January 2021, he opened his law office in West Chester Township, Butler County, Ohio.
  13. He was 59 years old when Sophia Nicole Rosing was caught on camera on November 6, 2022 hurling racial slurs at Kyla Spring and physically attacking Spring on the University of Kentucky campus. She is his sister Jill’s daughter.
