Diane Leyre represented Ile-de-France, France at Miss France 2022 and competed against 28 other candidates at the Zenith de Caen in Caen, Normandy, France on December 11, 2021, She won the title.
Runner-up to Leyre was Floriane Bascou of Martinique. The respective second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth runners-up were Cecile Wolfrom of Alsace, Tumateata Buisson of Tahiti, Youssra Askry of Normandy, Ambre Andrieu of Aquitaine and Dana Virin of Reunion.

Miss France 2013 Marine Lorphelin will serve as a judge at Miss France 2023. Joining her in the selection committee are Arnaud Ducret, Berengere Krief, Clarisse Agbegnenou, Dominique Besnehard, Francis Huster and Kendji Girac.
On September 28, 2013, Lorphelin represented France at Miss World 2013 and competed against 126 other candidates at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center in South Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. She was runner-up to Megan Young of the Philippines.
