Telma Filipa Ramos Madeira is a Portuguese model and beauty queen born and raised in Póvoa de Varzim, Porto, Portugal. She represented Portugal in Miss Earth and Miss Universe.
As part of Madeira’s advocacy, she is in constant contact with the hospital in Póvoa de Varzim where she raises awareness about medical malpractices relating to women’s reproductive rights. She has completed dental customer service and culinary and baking courses.
