Miss Universe Pampanga 2024 will be crowned at the Royce Hotel and Casino in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines on January 19, 2024. It is the inaugural edition of the provincial beauty pageant that selects Pampanga’s Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines candidates.
On May 13, 2023, Angelique Manto represented Pampanga at Miss Universe Philippines 2023 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. She ranked fifth and was second runner-up to Michelle Dee.
On October 24, 2023, Leigh Danielle Sunga represented Pampanga at The Miss Philippines 2023. She finished in the Top 10.
