The Mister Universe Tourism 2023 coronation night will take place at Bali Nusa Dua Theatre in Bali, Indonesia on March 19, 2023. It is the fourth edition of the international male beauty pageant.

Representing Thailand, Surasak Mueangkeaw was 24 when he won Mister Tourism Universe 2019 at the Carlos P. Romulo Theater of the RCPC Plaza in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines on November 25, 2019. He bested nine other candidates.

Kelvin Vicente, then 27, of the Philippines and Andrew Karetji, then 31, of Indonesia were the first and second runners-up, respectively. Amid the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Mueangkeaw was not able to crown his successor from 2020 to 2022.
