Michelle Daniela Marquez Dee is a Filipino actor, model and beauty queen who advocates for autism awareness and mental health education. She was born in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines to actor and businessman Frederick “Derek” Dee and Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez.

  1. She spent much of her childhood in their family ranch in Utah, United States and in their family’s hacienda in Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines. Two of her siblings were diagnosed with autism.
  2. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from De La Salle University in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  3. In 2011, she started publicly advocating for autism awareness and mental health education.
  4. In 2016, she modeled for the clothing brand Bench, which was her first modeling gig. She was later signed with Click Model Management in New York, USA.
  5. In 2018, she was a celebrity guest in a “Celebrity Bluff” episode. In 2019, she starred in the films “G! LU” and “Because I Love You“, starred in the television series “Love You Two” and “One of the Baes” and hosted “Glow Up.”
  6. On September 15, 2019, she represented Makati City at Miss World Philippines 2019 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila and won the title.
  7. On December 14, 2019, she represented the Philippines at Miss World 2019 at the ExCel London in London, England. She competed against 110 other candidates and finished in the Top 12.
  8. In January 2020, she became the Goodwill Ambassador for the Autism Society Philippines.

In 2021, she starred in the TV series “Agimat ng Agila” and “I Left My Heart in Sorsogon” and was named Best New Movie Actress at the 36th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Movies. From 2021 to 2022, she played Hazel in “I Left My Heart in Sorsogon” and Serpenta in “Agimat ng Agila“, which both aired on GMA Network.
  10. On April 30, 2022, she represented Makati City at Miss Universe Philippines 2022 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila and competed against 30 other candidates and ranked second. She finished second and won the non-competing title Miss Universe Philippines Tourism 2022.
  11. In September 2022, she and her friend Rhian Ramos moved to a house they rented, which is a few blocks away from their friend Max Collins‘ residence.
  12. On May 13, 2023, she represented Makati City at Miss Universe Philippines 2023 and competed against 37 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. She won the title.
  13. She was 28 years old when she was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2023. She will represent the Philippines at Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador.
