The Mister Supranational United States 2023 coronation night will take place at The East Angel in Los Angeles, California, United States on May 21, 2023. It is the inaugural edition of the national pageant that selects the Mister Supranational candidate of the U.S.

Currently, the U.S. has one Mister Supranational crown. Nate Crnkovich of Omaha, Nebraska, USA was 26 when he competed against 39 other candidates at Mister Supranational 2019 on December 7, 2019 in Katowice, Silesia, Poland and won the title.

Keith Williams of New Jersey, USA was 31 when he represented the U.S. at Mister Supranational 2022 on July 16, 2022 and competed against 33 other candidates at the Strzelecki Park Amphitheater in Nowy Sącz, Małopolska, Poland. He was unplaced.
