Isabel Ticlo of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, United States was born in Spencer, Iowa, USA to an Indian father and a Thai mother. From 2012 to 2016, Ticlo attended the W.P. Carey School of Business of Arizona State University in Tempe, Maricopa County where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and minors in communications and dance.
On May 30, 2022, Ticlo was crowned Miss Arizona USA 2022 at the Higley Center for the Performing Arts in Gilbert, Maricopa County where she competed against 25 other candidates. The respective first, second, third, fourth and fifth runners-up were Candace Kanavel of Tempe, Ria Diyaolu of North Phoenix, Rachel Voltz of Encanto, Jordyn Owen of Copper State and Shania Brenon of Paradise Valley.
Miss Arizona USA 2023
On May 29, 2023, Ticlo will go back to the Higley Center for the Performing Arts in Gilbert to crown her successor. It is the 72nd edition of the beauty pageant that selects Arizona’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.

Currently, Arizona has 26 placements in Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S. The highest placements were achieved by Miss USA 1965 first runner-up Jane Nelson and Miss USA 1980 first runner-up Jineane Ford.
On June 5, 2016, Myers represented Arizona at Miss USA 2016 and competed against 51 other candidates at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada, USA. She finished in the Top 15.
On October 3, 2022, Ticlo represented Arizona at Miss USA 2022 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, USA. She was unplaced.
