An Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) joint operation was conducted in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, United States from June 1-2, 2023. It included detectives and agents from the ICAC Task Force and the Federal Bureau of Investigation‘s Child Exploitation Task Force.

Homeland Security Investigations, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the Henderson Police Department, the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigation, the North Las Vegas Police Department and Nevada’s attorney general participated in organizing and conducting the operation. The operation was conducted as part of the ongoing efforts to reduce violent crime and protect children in the community, according to the LVMPD.

Undercover agents posed as a juvenile aged 13 or 14. After being solicited for sex by the adult suspects, a meeting was set up and the suspects were taken into custody.

A total of 14 men were arrested. Here is the list:

When Jivan was arrested, he had a badge and credentials verifying that he was an active HSI supervisory agent. He requested a lawyer after claiming he did not know the age of the individual he believed he was speaking to.

On June 3, 2023, Jivan posted bond. He and the 13 other arrestees were each charged with luring a minor with a computer to engage in sex.

George and Colquitt’s court appearances will be on July 10, 2023. On July 11, 2023, Jivan, Jurado, Graybill, Perez, Ahmad, Freidhof and Franco Valdovinos will appear in court.
