Roger Scott, 43, of Lakewood, Los Angeles County, California, United States is a former dean of College Bridge Academy‘s campus in Watts, Los Angeles County. He was a married to a former teacher and principal of the charter school academy.

Including Watts, the school has four locations in Los Angeles County. The others are Compton, El Sereno and Inglewood.

While working at College Bridge Academy, Scott allegedly started pursuing a female student in 2020 for sexual intercourse. He allegedly sent the student inappropriate sexual text messages and emails.

The student eventually contacted the Los Angeles Police Department to report the alleged harassment. In November 2020, Scott’s employment at College Bridge Academy ended.

On June 13, 2023, Scott was arrested. On the same day, he was released on $25,000 bail.

On June 29, 2023, Scott will be in court. He was charged with contact with a minor with knowledge and intent to commit specified sexual offenses.
