  4. On the evening of October 25, 2022, he pulled into the emergency entrance of Southern Hills Behavioral Health Center in Las Vegas and honked his horn to get inside. He left before officers arrived.
  5. On October 26, 2022, Southern Hills Behavioral Health Center called the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to report what he did on October 25, 2022. He was later arrested on a felony charge of threatening an act of terrorism or mass destruction.

He was charged with threatening an act of terrorism or mass destruction, aggravated stalking and violating the restraining order against his relative. His bail was set at $60,000.
  9. He was 33 years old when he refused on June 14, 2023  to be taken from the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas to the Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas for his initial appearance.
  10. On June 20, 2023, he will appear in court.
