Elyse Noe was 23 years old when she represented Kansas at Miss USA 2022 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA on October 3, 2022. She competed against 50 other candidates including Texas’s R’Bonney Gabriel, who won the title.

Noe finished in the Top 12. Runner-up to Gabriel was North Carolina’s Morgan Romano and the respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Nebraska’s Natalie Pieper, Ohio’s Sir’Quora Carroll and Illinois’s Angel Reyes.
