  12. On June 19, 2023, a restraining order barring him from any contact with his daughter was issued.
  13. He was 34 when he was arrested on June 19, 2023 in Massachusetts, USA, transferred back to Flagler County, booked into the Flagler County Jail in Bunnell, Flagler County without bond and charged with one count each of felony child abuse and misdemeanor violation of probation.

  1. His brother MATTHEW CANALES is also in jail for stalking, raping and and assault on his girlfriend. This whole family abuses women and has been getting away with it for years. I was victim and saw this family for eight years inside and they’re all sick.
