Jeremy Michael Rodgers is an American man from Midland, Midland County, Michigan, United States. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Isabella County, Michigan.

Rodgers worked in Lansing, Michigan for Jim Stamas, who became a Michigan senator on January 1, 2015. In 2019, the Midland City Council appointed Rodgers as a staff member of the Midland Planning Commission.

He was charged with assault on a federal officer with a deadly or dangerous weapon, civil disorder, entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon, act of physical violence in a restricted building or grounds with a deadly or dangerous weapon; disorderly conduct in a U.S. Capitol building, act of physical violence in a U.S. Capitol building or on U.S. Capitol grounds and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a U.S. Capitol building.
  13. He was 28 years old when he was released on July 7, 2023 pending further court dates. He went back home in Midland.
