The Miss Utah USA 2023 coronation night will be held at the Capitol Theatre in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, United States on July 8, 2023. It is the 72nd edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects Utah’s candidate for Miss USA, which selects the Miss Universe candidate of the U.S.
Currently, Utah has 22 Miss USA placements including the coronation of Linda Bement. The most recent one was in 2021 when JessiKate Riley finished in the Top 16.
Bement won Miss Universe 1960 on July 9, 1960. On March 19, 2018, she died in Salt Lake City at age 76.
On May 28, 2022, Elisabeth Gandara Bradley was crowned Miss Utah USA 2022 at the Janet Quinney Lawson Capitol Theatre in Salt Lake City and her runner-up was Madison Jonely. On March 22, 2023, Bradley was dethroned and replaced by Jonely.
