9. He had a handwritten will dated June 23, 2023 left at his home in Philadelphia, which he shared with seven roommates. On the same day, he wrote on Facebook, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. #We fight Daemons and Devils.”
10. On the morning of July 2, 2023, he allegedly fatally shot Joseph Wamah, Jr., 31.

At around 8:30 p.m. on July 3, 2023, he used an AR-style rifle to fire at least 50 shots in the area of 56th Street and Chester Avenue in Kingsessing, Philadelphia, fatally shooting Ralph Moralis, 59, Dymir Stanton, 29, Lashyd Merritt, 20, and Daujan Brown, 15, and wounding Octavia Brown, then 33, her twin boys By-Kir Brown and Jy-Fir Brown, then 2, a teenager, then 13, and another boy, then 10.
12. On July 5, 2023, he was arraigned by video conference on 11 counts including murder, attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment and weapons charges for 10 victims. He was ordered held without bail and was not required to enter a plea.
13. He was 40 years old when he was arraigned on July 5, 2023. On July 24, 2023, he will be back in court for his preliminary hearing.
