Joel Rondon is an American man from Lakeland, Polk County, Florida, United States. He is Manuel Rondon and Miluska Martinez‘s son and Rosa Richardson‘s grandson.

At around 11:00 a.m., he found out his third child was still strapped in the child carrier in their Hyundai Elantra with a heat index of 105 degrees. He and Jazmine rushed the baby to Lakeland Regional Medical Center on Lakeland Hills Boulevard in Lakeland where she was pronounced dead. 
13. He and Jazmine were both 33 years old when they were arrested on July 5, 2023. He tested positive for alcohol, marijuana and methamphetamine whiles he tested positive for alcohol and marijuana. They were each charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child. When he was arrested, he had pending charges against him for methamphetamine and a concealed firearm.
