Brian J. Danilczyk, 35, of West Babylon, Town of Babylon, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, United States previously lived in North Babylon, Town of Babylon. He has lived in different parts of Pennsylvania, USA including Bryn Mawr, Philadelphia and Wayne.
On July 17, 2021, Danilczyk married Michele A. McLarney, now 34. She previously lived in Plainview, Oyster Bay, Nassau County, Long Island and Irving, Dallas County, Texas, USA.
On the evening of July 9, 2023, Danilczyk was at the Bird Bar at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, USA. At around 11:20 p.m., he allegedly punched a one-legged man inside the bar then fled before police officers got there.
Afterwards, Danilczyk was caught on camera removing his clothing at The LINQ Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He then ran completely naked through to Harrah’s Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, climbed atop a poker table and flaunted his genitals to all who passed.
While gyrating, Danilczyk placed his hands behind his head and exposed his privates. He laid on the table and spread his legs.
As Danilczyk picked up a card shoe laying on the table, security guards grabbed him and pulled him down to the floor. They covered him with a blanket and escorted him to a holding area.
After Danilczyk’s arrest, he was in an altered mental state but he was cooperative, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. He was charged with battery, disorderly conduct and five counts of indecent exposure.
Danilczyk claimed he did not remember what he did at the Bird Bar, The LINQ Hotel and Casino and Harrah’s Hotel and Casino. On August 17, 2023, he will be back on court.
