Herlene Nicole Policarpio Budol is a Filipino comedian, actor and beauty queen also known as Hipon Girl. She is her father Herber Budol‘s only child and one of her mother Len-Len Policarpio Budol‘s four children.

Born in Angono, Rizal, Philippines, Herlene used to work as a coffee shop crew member in Angono and an umbrella girl for golf players. After her parents separated, she was raised by her grandparents in Angono.

13. She was 23 years old when she represented Angono at Miss Grand Philippines 2023 on July 13, 2023. Competing against 29 other candidates at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, she ranked third and was crowned Miss Tourism Philippines 2023.
