Francine Fatima Tiongco Reyes, 19, of Tarlac City, Tarlac, Philippines has been crowned Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2023. She was one of the 30 Miss Grand Philippines 2023 candidates.
Among the 30 candidates, three are teenagers. They are Reyes, Nikki Advincula de Moura, 19, of Cagayan de Oro City and Faith Grace Garcia Heterick, 18, Urdaneta City,
It was de Moura who won the Miss Grand Philippines 2023 title. Heterick finished in the Top 15.
In May 2016, Reyes entered the Dominican College of Tarlac in Capas, Tarlac. In July 2021, she entered Tarlac State University in Tarlac City to pursue a bachelor’s degree in public administration.
On July 13, 2023, Reyes represented Tarlac at Miss Grand Philippines 2023 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Including her and de Moura, four queens were crowned.
Michelle Arceo Kain, 25, of Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila ranked second and was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2023. Herlene Nicole Policarpio Budol, 23, of Angono, Rizal, Philippines ranked third and was crowned Miss Tourism Philippines 2023.
