Born in Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas, Stephanie is an alumna of the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University–Texarkana in Texarkana. She is a former employee of the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas.

- She was 42 years old when she was arrested on July 13, 2023. She is scheduled to appear in Benton County Circuit Court in Bentonville at 8:00 a.m. on August 21, 2023.
